Prime 47 Carmel serves USDA Prime beef that has been perfectly aged on premises for optimum flavor, moisture, texture, and, most importantly, taste. Prime is the very highest quality designation that USDA can give. This grade is reserved for only those exceptional cuts that meet the exacting requirements of tenderness, juiciness, and flavor and the maturity and marbling standards that the Prime designation requires. Less than 2% of the beef supply earns this coveted Prime designation. Our steaks are Prime and they have been aged on premises for at least 35 days in order to assure our commitment to deliver the very best Steaks.
